Today, he has a net worth of approximately £1.07 billion. How did Hunt do this? Simple. When rival estate agents worked for 40 hours per week, Foxtons worked for 74 hours per week. When rival estate agents charged a commission fee, Foxtons provided services for free for the first few months to gain loyal followers.
